I had a lot of bananas that were at the point that I did not want them in my cereal. So, with the cooler weather, it was time to bake. This is a recipe I have had forever. I had to double the recipe, because of all the bananas, and made 1 loaf of banana bread & 12 muffins. I took 6 muffins to the neighbors that moved in across the hall on Saturday.
The recipe is really easy, but I think I will keep it to myself for now. Who knows, maybe it will show up on this site soon.
