Circle of Excellence Dinner
The lovely butter with the hotel's insignia.
Salad with a yummy Parmesan crisp. Tomatoes were a little soggy, but the dressing was delicious.
Asparagus Risotto and a seared scallop. The risotto was slightly gummy, but had a really nice taste.
Delicious Filet with Lobster Mashed Potatoes. The steak was a perfect medium rare. However, they failed to put ANY seasoning on the entire plate.
And, dessert. It was chocolatey and pretty good. My favorite part was the fresh blackberries & raspberries.
