Whole Wheat Strawberry Scones

Yummy whole wheat strawberry scones. I took my regular recipe and substituted whole wheat flour. I am trying to eat cleaner, so am making stuff that I can eat during the week & not feel guilty about it.

Kimmer's Favorite Chicken

I made Kimmer's favorite chicken dish on Friday. I wish she was here to try it. It is chicken breasts in a white wine cream sauce. I also made mushrooms, mashed potatoes and asparagus. It was quite a feast. I did it a little different this time. I let the chicken breasts marinate in olive oil, poultry seasoning, basil and black pepper for about 4 hours.

Boneless Ribeye Roast

This is what I made last Sunday for dinner. It was so good, pictures were forgotten once it was out of the oven. Glad I took this one while it was still cooking.
